Children's COVID-19 vaccine clinic set for Nov. 30

FORT MADISON - Lee County Health Department will be hosting a pediatric COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine clinic for those ages 5-11 on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 3:00pm-7:00pm.  The clinic will be located at LCHD’s office at #3 John Bennett Drive in Fort Madison, Iowa.  A parent/guardian must be present, and appointments are required for this clinic.  Appointments can be made by calling (319)372-5225.  No other vaccines will be available during this clinic.
