Bolander, Haessig, Johnson, and Lamb start year 3-1

FORT MADISON - Brody Bolander, Jake Haessig, and Nolan Lamb were selected at the Fort Madison Middle School Wrestlers of the Week.

The three started this year's wrestling season 3-1. Lamb and Haessig each have recorded three pins, while Bolander has one fall in his three win. Rainer Johnson also has three wins on the year with two falls.

Other records for the Little Hounds after two matches include: Beau Wagner 1-3 with one fall, Connor Horn 0-4, Xander Gable 1-1 with one fall, Brenden Lambert 0-4, Brian Kemper 0-1, Jack Benner 1-3, Wyatt Day 1-3 with one fall, Urijah Brooks 0-4, Gabe Young 0-3, Isaac Newton 0-3, Nathan Cottrell 0-3, Cole Hallweg 0-2, Edin Mehmedi 0-3, and Marcus Holbert 1-1 with one fall.

The junior high hounds compete again on Tuesday December 7th, 2021 at Clark Fieldhouse in Burlington, with wrestling beginning at 4:30 p.m.
