12/06/21 – 8:43 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Serena Dawn Schnider, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 1400 block of Avenue C, on 3 warrants for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/06/21 – 9:07 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 300 block of 24th Street.
12/06/21 – 9:29 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue B.
12/06/21 – 11:27 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block of Avenue G.
12/06/21 – 11:39 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kara Sue Nelson, 26, of Fort Madison, in the 600 block of 8th Street, on 2 warrants for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/06/21 – 12:10 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Alyssa Blair Hardy, 32, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 29th Street and Richards Drive, on a charge of driving while barred.
12/06/21 – 3:27 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Kathy Lynn Smith, 70, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue J, on a charge of trespassing.
12/06/21 – 3:27 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2700 block of Avenue K.
12/06/21 – 4:18 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Bobbie Terrell Lott, 47, of Fort Madison, in the 2700 block of Avenue K, on a charge of 5th degree theft less than $300.
12/06/21 – 4:23 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1700 block of Avenue H.
12/06/21 – 7:04 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 48th Street and Avenue O.
12/07/21 – 4:59 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Carri Lou Carson, 44, of Fort Madison, in the 1800 block of Avenue L, on a charge of driving while barred.
12/07/21 – 10:59 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1600 block of Avenue H.
12/07/21 – 1:28 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Hailey Noel Gilman, 22, of Fort Madison, in the 3000 block of Richards Drive, on a charge of driving while barred.
12/07/21 – 2:02 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2600 block of Avenue H.
12/07/21 – 2:17 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
12/07/21 – 4:28 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Donald O’Rien Bell, 20, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of Avenue H, on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff report
12/04/21 – 9:38 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of 270th Avenue and Belmont Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Ryley Nicholas Davis, 15, of Keokuk, was heading northbound on 270th Avenue and when the driver lost control trying to turn onto Belmont Road, entered a ditch, struck an Alliant Energy pole and a guide wire, and came to rest in the ditch facing east. The driver was transported by EMS to Blessing Hospital – Keokuk with injuries. He was treated and released. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene. Davis was cited for violation of a school permit, failure to maintain control, and failure to use a seat belt.
12/06/21 – 12:49 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Cortney Lampkins, 37, of Burlington, in the 700 block of Avenue F, on a warrant for 5th degree theft less than $300. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/07/21 – 11:03 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Creed Allen-Kent Lee, 21, of Montrose, at the sheriff’s office, on a warrant for judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/07/21 – 12:48 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Alexis Paige Pumphrey, 23, of Wever, in the 700 block of Avenue F, on a warrant for violation of a domestic no-contact order. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/07/21 – 7:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Mandy Sue Sample, 41, of Farmington, in the 1100 block of Croton Road, on warrants for 1st offense OWI and failure to maintain control. She was cited and released.

Those listed above are arrested or cited on a suspicion of a crime and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
