01/13/22 – 11:01 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 100 block of Alta Drive.
01/13/22 – 12:36 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3000 block of Avenue C.
01/13/22 – 4:51 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Natalie Ann Adam, 22, of Bonaparte, in the 1800 block of Avenue H, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
01/13/22 – 8:19 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Sean Michael Molzhon, 47, of Fort Madison, no location reported, on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/13/22 – 10:11 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1900 block of 48th Street.
01/14/22 – 2:43 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Randy Allan Akers, 49, of Fort Madison, in the 3100 block of Avenue O, on a warrant for voluntary leave of custody. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/14/22 – 8:56 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 18th Street and Avenue H.
01/14/22 – 11:23 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 800 block of 23rd Street.
01/15/22 – 1:18 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 5000 block of Avenue O.
01/15/22 – 11:50 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 6th Street and Avenue D.
01/16/22 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Nathan Allen Golianis, 33, of Fort Madison, no location given, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, ineligible to carry weapon, possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/16/22 – 1:22 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3100 block of Avenue M.
01/16/22 – 4:45 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested William Lee Murphy, 45, of Fort Madison, in the 3200 block of Avenue L, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/16/22 – 8:06 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Matthew Scott Stephenson, 46, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 35th Street and Avenue L, on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/17/22 – 7:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2400 block of Avenue D.
01/17/22 – 9:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2700 block of Avenue O.
01/17/22 – 11:41 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Caleb Michael Ford, 22, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue F, on a warrant for criminal mischief. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/17/22 – 12:23 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Robert Levi Carson, 36, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of 33rd Street, on warrant for probation violation, voluntary absence from custody, and interference with official acts. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/17/22 – 3:28 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Brent Lee Pilkington, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 3000 block of Avenue N, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/17/22 – 3:40 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Amanda Jean Smith, 27, of Fort Madison, in the 1800 block of Avenue F, on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/17/22 – 3:57 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 500 block of Avenue G.
01/17/22 – 5:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jeri Monique Fink, 42, of Fort Madison, in the 200 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County jail.
01/17/22 – 7:47 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Diego Henry Lozano, 20, of Fort Madison, in the 400 block of 34th Street, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/18/22 – 8:09 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 19th Street and Avenue I.

Lee County Sheriff Report
01/12/22 – 5:41 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2800 block of County Road 103. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Dennis Herman Pollpeter, 86, of Fort Madison, was traveling east on County Road 103 when he drove off the roadway and into a ditch and had to be towed from the ditch. When the tow truck began unhooking, the driver reversed suddenly, hitting a mailbox and re-entering the ditch. No citations or injuries were reported at the scene.
01/13/22 – 6:18 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Shawn Leon Chaney, 44, of Versailles, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for stalking-protective order violation. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/13/22 – 9:33 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested John Dale Wyatt, Sr., 48, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for 3rd degree harassment. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/14/22 – 1:44 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Patrick Dale Wright, 48, listed as homeless, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of probation violation. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/14/22 – 2:03 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Larry Leon Sartorius, 59, of Burlington, at mile marker 23 Hwy. 61, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court and a charge of no valid driver’s license. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/15/22 – 10:04 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident 346th Avenue. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Jay Allen Blanchard, 61, of Wever, was traveling eastbound on 175th Street and slowed to make a left turn without signaling when the second vehicle being driven by Joshua Ray Udvare, 29, of Fort Madison, attempted to pass Blanchard’s vehicle within 100 feet of the intersection and struck Blanchard’s vehicle in the left rear. Both vehicles sustained minor damage, but were able to be driven from the scene. Both drivers were cited at the scene. No injuries were reported.
01/15/22 – 11:52 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Nicholas Michael Gene Bushinger, 20, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office, on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County jail.
01/16/22 – 3:26 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Karley Rachele Schmitz, 28, of Argyle, in the 3800 block of Main Street, on a warrant for contempt of court – failure to pay court costs. She was taken to Lee County jail and later released on her own recognizance.
01/17/22 – 10:33 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 2 East. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Amanda Elizabeth Eid, 36, of Fort Madison, was traveling east on Hwy. 2, when a deer entered the roadway in front of the vehicle and the drive was unable to avoid the collision. The vehicle suffered functional damage, but was able to be driven from the scene. No injuries or citations were reported.

Hancock County Sheriff Report
01/10/22 – Fernando I Castellanos Perez, age 33, of Macomb, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Driving Under the Influence. Castellano Perez was also arrested on a Schuyler, County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Traffic Offense. Castellanos Perez was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
01/13/22 – Maria A Stansbary, age 40, of Niota, IL was given a Notice to Appear at a future court date for Driving While License Suspended.
01/15/22 – Daniel J Deshong, age 29, of Augusta, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Failure to Give Information After Striking Property and Failure to Report an Accident. Deshong was also arrested on a Schuyler County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Traffic Offense. Deshong remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
01/15/22 – Jennifer I Harl, age 55 , of Dallas City, IL was arrested and charged with Violation of Order of Protection. Harl remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her initial court appearance.

Those listed above are charged with a suspicion of a crime and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
