Jacqueline "Jackie" Slowick, 73, of Nauvoo, Illinois, passed away at 7:15 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 2022 at her home.
Jackie was born June 14, 1948 in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Robert T. and Harriet N. (Wertz) Foy. 
Jackie worked at the Nauvoo Cheese Factory in Nauvoo for many years. 
Survivors include three children: Kerry (Mark) Seigfried, Thomas M. Slowick, Brian J. Slowick, five grandchildren: Amber, Brittany and Courtney Slowick and Hailey and Hannah Seigfried and one great-grandson: Denver Allman. Also surviving are two sisters: Junine (Ben) Harmon of Lake Forest, Illinois and Janice Snyder of Grays Lake, Illinois; one niece: Heather Mraz; two nephews: Edward and Paul. She was loved and will be missed dearly by all of her family. 
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother-in-law: Mike Snyder and one nephew: Vinnie.
Cremation has been entrusted to Schmitz-Banks & Beals Funeral Home of Nauvoo. No service are planned at this time.
