Paul R. Benbow, 74, of Burlington, IA and formerly of Fort Madison, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022 at his home.  He was born on February 10, 1947 in Fort Madison, IA to James R. & Marjorie L. Reaney Benbow.  He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam war.  When he was younger, he worked at Glasgow Clothing Store in Fort Madison and later worked at Jim Baier in Fort Madison for many years.  He was an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan and loved to cook, travel, fish and spend time at the lake in Minnesota with his daughters.

Paul is survived by: 3-daughters: Heather (Jason) Lynk of Fort Madison, IA, Allison (Ben) Kipp of Waukee, IA & Ashley (Greg) Shottenkirk of Fort Madison, IA.; 11-grandchildren; 2-sisters and 1-brother.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 with a funeral service to immediately follow at 10:30 at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev.
