03/03/22 – 1:47 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited William Francis Rankin, 43, of Donnellson, at the intersection of 28th Street and Avenue I, on a charge of driving under suspension.
03/04/22 – 12:14 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Tyler James David Welch, 37, of Burlington, in the 1800 block of Pat's Alley, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/04/22 – 6:11 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
03/04/22 – 6:42 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Hunter John West, 18, of Argyle, at the Lee County Jail, on a charge of assault w/bodily injury. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/05/22 – 2:32 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Eric Keith Thomas, 29, of Carthage, at the intersection of 19th Street and Avenue L, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/05/22 – 7:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of Avenue D.
03/05/22 – 10:49 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Brooke Sue Winn, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for parole violation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/05/22 – 11:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1800 block of Avenue F.
03/05/22 – 11:38 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 600 block of 34th Street.
03/05/22 – 12:39 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 11th Street and Avenue E.
03/05/22 – 2:20 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Andrea Jean Hoenig, 38, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue E, on a charge of 4th degree theft greater than $300 but less than $750.
03/05/22 – 5:03 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kimberly Anne Dumas, 53, of Fort Madison, in the 3400 block of Avenue N, on a warrant for failure to pay traffic fines. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/05/22 – 11:33 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 600 block of 34th Street.
03/06/22 – 7:06 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of 18th Street and Avenue F.
03/06/22 – 7:14 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Shyla Marie Farmer, 22, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue E, on a charge of assault w/bodily injury.

Lee County Sheriff Report
03/04/22 – 12:00 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jabak Yacub Willis, 21, listed as homeless, at the sheriff's office, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/04/22 – 7:42 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Dameon Lee Gregory, 26, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/04/22 – 8:03 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested David Frederick Welsh II, 27, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/05/22 – 7:19 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwys. 103 and 218. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Paige Elizabeth Gaston, 28, of Keosauqua, was stopped at the intersection of Hwys. 103 and 218 and attempted to proceed west on 160th Street, pulling out in front of a vehicle driven by Thomas Glenn Hofmeyer, 28, of Hull. Hofmeyer's vehicle took evasive action, but struck the bed of Gaston's vehicle, causing heavy damage to both vehicles. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. Gaston was arrested for 1st offense OWI and failure to obey stop/yield sign.
03/05/22 – 10:02 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Paige Elizabeth Gaston, 28, of Keosauqua, at the intersection of Hwys. 103 and 218, on charges of 1st offense OWI and failure to obey stop/yield sign. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on her own recognizance.
03/06/22 – 2:48 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Michael Lynn Mason, 43, of Burlington, in the 400 block of Hwy. 61 bypass, on charges of 2nd offense OWI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/06/22 – 6:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Carlin Joe James, 28, of Kirksville, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/06/22 – 6:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Joshua Lee Wayson, 37, listed as homeless in Keokuk, in the 600 block of Hawthorne Place, on charges of possession of burglary tools, 5th degree theft less than $500, and 3rd degree burglary. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/06/22 – 8:44 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Sarina Elizabeth Davis, 36, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Hancock County Sheriff Report
02/28/22 – Arthur L Phillips, age 59, of Nauvoo, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Possession of Methamphetamine. Phillips remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bond awaiting his next court appearance.
02/28/22 – Laura B Curtis, age 58, of Warsaw, IL was arrested on an Adams County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Retail Theft. Curtis was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
03/01/22 – Michael L Theulen, age 61, of Keokuk, IA was arrested on a Clark County, MO Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility. Theulen was also arrested on a Clark County, MO Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility, and Driving Without a Valid License. Theulen was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
03/01/22 – Crystal L Loveless, age 38, of Carthage, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Loveless was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
03/02/22 – Cristyna L Rivers, age 31, of Keokuk, IA was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear/Failure to Pay on original charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While License Suspended. Rivers was released on her own Recognizance and given a future court date.
03/04/22 – Dakota R Ruffcorn, age 24, of Warsaw, IL was arrested and charged with Battery. Ruffcorn was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
03/05/22 – Terry Brownlee, age 33, of Hamilton, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/Failure to Pay on original charges of Driving Under the Influence, Driving While License Suspended, and Theft. Brownlee was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
03/06/22 – Edward C Guzman, age 45, of Ft. Madison, IA was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/Failure to Pay on original charges of Driving While License Suspended. Guzman was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
03/06/22 – John D Last, age 56, of Ottumwa, IA was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear on original charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. Last remains lodge in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bond.
