Fort Madison Police Report
03/16/22 – 2:02 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1900 block of Avenue O.
03/16/22 – 2:20 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1800 block of Avenue F.
03/16/22 – 6:44 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1400 block of Avenue D.
03/16/22 – 8:41 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of Avenue E.
03/16/22 – 8:50 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Liandra Hesiquia Martinez, 21, of Fort Madison, at the police department, on a charge of 1st offense domestic assault with bodily injury. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/16/22 – 2:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of 48th Street.
03/16/22 – 2:59 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of Avenue H.
03/16/22 – 7:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3400 block of Avenue L.
03/16/22 – 9:12 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Bradley Glenn Traman, 35, of Fort Madison, in the 200 block of Avenue G, on a charge of 1st offense domestic abuse assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/17/22 – 2:27 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Cole Isaac McKeown-Smith, 21, of Des Moines, at the police department, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
03/16/22 – 9:08 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Hunter John West, 18, of Argyle, at the sheriff’s office, on a charge of 3rd degree harassment. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/16/22 – 9:10 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Darrin Michael Fitzgerald, 20, of Hamilton, at the sheriff’s office, on a charge of 1st degree harassment. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/16/22 – 9:52 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 61 S. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Joseph Henry Fichtenkort, 55, of Keokuk, was traveling southbound on Hwy. 61 when the front left tire suffered a blowout, causing Fichtenkort to lose control of the vehicle and enter the median. No injuries or citations were reported.
03/16/22 – 4:50 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Brandon Michael Dodds, 40, of Keokuk, in the 500 block of N. 6th Street, on warrants for 4th degree criminal mischief $300-$750 and trespass – injury/damage greater than $300. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Those listed above are charged with a suspicion of a crime and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
