Helen “Nadine” Glasgow, 87, of Keokuk, IA died Monday, April 4, 2022 at The Kensington in Ft. Madison, IA.

She was born June 24, 1934 in Alexandria, MO the daughter of Roscoe and Avice Bryant Arnold.  Nadine graduated from Kahoka High School.

On April 11, 1953 Nadine was united in marriage to Donald E. Glasgow in Jefferson City, MO.  He preceded her in death on January 27, 2010. 

Along with her husband, Nadine and Donnie were the owners and operators of The Fabric Boutique in Keokuk for many years. 

She was a member of the Alexandria Presbyterian Church in Alexandria, MO.

Nadine was a skilled seamstress.   She enjoyed reading all types of books, but most of all, she was the happiest when she was surrounded by her family. 

She is survived by two daughters, Melody (Dennis) Burke of Montrose, IA and Lori (Phillip) Bruner of Moberly, MO, two granddaughters, Michelle (Bryan) Sage of Keokuk and Jenna (Adam) Schofield of Grapevine, TX, one grandson, Kyler (Jordan) Perry of Fayette, MO, one great-grandson, Cole Sage of Montrose, IA and one great-granddaughter, Chloe Sage of Keokuk.  She is also survived by two brothers, Larry (Carolyn) Arnold of Kahoka, MO and Milton (Suzanne) Arnold of Alexandria, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA with Lori Bruner officiating.  Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Park in Keokuk.

Visitation will be held after 1:00 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home with family meeting with friends from 6-8 p.m.
