3. (Blank) MOVED and (blank) SECONDED to adopt a resolution approving the sale of City-Owned property at 215 Avenue G to RJ55, Inc. for a cost of $5,075 plus fees.
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
4. A. (Blank) MOVED and (blank) SECONDED to approve the second reading of an ordinance rezoning property located 6315 and 6139 Reve Court, 5811, 5811 and 5909 Avenue O and two parcels of land bounded by Business Highway 61, Highway 61, Reve Court and 5909 Avenue O, from B-2, Highway Business District, to B-3, General Wholesale District and From R-1, Single Family Dwelling District, to B-3, General Wholesale District.
Before discussion on the 2nd reading:
B. (Blank) MOVED and (blank) SECONDED to waive the three readings requirement of Iowa Code 380.3 and place this ordinance on its final passage for adoption.

5. (Blank) MOVED and (blank) SECONDED to approve the second reading of an ordinance enacting a Code of Ordinances and compiling certain existing general ordinances of the City of Fort Madison dealing with subjects embraced in such Code of Ordinances.
6. A. (Blank) MOVED and (blank) SECONDED to adopt a resolution approving the Mayor’s signature on an agreement with (blank) of (blank), To provide architectural, engineering and design services for the CDBG Façade Grant.

10. Discussion and Possible Action: Two-hour parking restrictions around Fort Madison Community School District.
