LEE COUNTY - Fort Madison’s Dayonna Davis and Hadley Wolfe were named to the Iowa Girls Coaches Association Class 4A Southeast all-district team, released Monday.
Davis, a junior, was the Bloodhounds’ leading scorer and rebounder, averaging 13.7 points and 8.7 rebounds this season. She also was second on the team with 58 steals and 14 blocks.
Wolfe, also a junior, was second on the team in scoring at 12.3 points per game. She led the Bloodhounds with 27 3-pointers, 80 assists and 64 steals.
Keokuk’s Kendall Boatman and Burlington’s Mylee Stiefel also were named to the team.
Central DeWitt’s Ron O’Brien was the 4A district coach of the year.
Several players from the Southeast Iowa Super Conference were also honored.
Mediapolis’ Bryn Wright and Josie Hutcherson were named to the Class 3A Southeast team. WACO’s Brenna Graber, Lone Tree’s Finley Jacque and Highland’s Kamryn Fink were named to the Class 1A Southeast team.
