8/29/2022 - 2:29 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua Adam Bowen, 42, of Wever, in the 700 block of Avenue F in Fort Madison, on a warrant for a pretrial release violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
8/29/2022 - 5:07 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Justin Dwain Britton, 39, of Wever, at the sheriff's office, on an outstanding warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
8/29/2022 - 9:46 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Diane Cherie Garcia, 51, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Clearview Heights on a charge of domestic assault with intent 1st-degree. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
8/30/2022 - 3:09 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Alfred Lee Knox, 66, Burlington, at 25 N. 7th Street on a charge of contempt. He was taken to the Lee County Jail.
8/30/2022 - 4:39 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jessica Kay Allen, 42, of Fort Madison in the 700 block of Avenue F on a charge of violation of probation. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
Those listed above are arrested on a suspicion of charges and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
