08/15/24 – 8:10 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Avenue C.
08/15/24 – 10:34 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Avenue F.
08/15/24 – 11:34 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle reported at the police department.
08/15/24 – 1:55 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 5400 block of Avenue O.
08/15/24 – 3:35 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of Avenue G.

Keokuk Police Report
08/14/24 – 9:09 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 800 block of S. 7th Street.
08/14/24 – 11:40 a.m. - Keokuk Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3500 block of Main Street.
08/14/24 – 2:18 p.m. - Keokuk Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of N. 27th Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Zechariah Dale Echols, 37, of Carthage, backed out onto N. 27th and struck a vehicle driven by Diana Lynn Meyers, 75, of Keokuk. Echols was cited for failure to provide insurance and unsafe backing. No injuries were reported.
08/14/24 – 2:40 p.m. - Keokuk Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 200 block of S. 8th Street.
08/15/24 – 1:51 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 2800 block of Decatur Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Nancy Mae Isenmann, 69, of Keokuk on a failure to yield struck a vehicle driven by Dale Frederick Weigand, 79, of Keokuk. Isenmann was cited for failure to yield and no insurance card.
08/15/24 – 1:51 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a property damage accident at Decatur Street and Hawthorne Place.
08/15/24 – 7:07 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Emily E. Pierce, 39, of Fairfield, in the 900 block of Johnson Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
08/15/24 – 11:06 p.m. – Keokuk Police citred James Stephen Manganello, 64, of Keokuk, in the 3400 block of Main Street on a charge of driving while license denied or revoked.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
08/15/24 – 10:05 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Stacy Lynn Elston, 52, of Keokuk, in the 3400 block of Argyle Road on a charge of 3rd-degree harassment. She was held in Lee County Jail.
08/15/24 – 2:25 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Robert Ates, 43, of Fort Madison at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a judgment hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
08/15/24 – 5:05 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Shaukim Uria Redd, 31, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office on a temporary hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
Those listed above should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
