08/18/22 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Robert Allen Drouillard, 50, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 18th Street and Avenue F, on a charge of driving under suspension.
08/18/22 – 9:50 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Trenton Alan Miller, 33, of Fort Madison, in the 5100 block of Avenue O, on a charge of city: theft.
08/18/22 – 10:20 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Charles Dean Meyer, 50, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of 37th Street, on charges of sex ab 3rd - def 4+ yrs older and prostitution < 18 YOA. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/18/22 – 4:57 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Brandon Lee Manning, 24, of Fort Madison, in the 2400 block of Avenue J, on a Lee County warrant for probation violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/18/22 – 7:55 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Belinda Lorene McWhortor, 34, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 27th Street and Avenue M, on a charge of driving while barred.
08/18/22 – 10:34 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Nolan Aeneas Leveling, 24, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 17th Street and Avenue M, on a Clark County, Mo. warrant for failure to appear – possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/19/22 – 5:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Mark Martinez, Jr., 29, of Fort Madison, in the 900 block of Avenue E, on charges of disorderly conduct – obstruct street and public intoxication. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/19/22 – 9:50 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 5000 block of River Valley Road.
08/19/22 – 10:16 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block of Avenue E.

08/20/22 – 5:45 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Erica Rae Kimble, 40, of Fort Madison, in the 2300 block of Avenue L, on a charge of public intoxication. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/21/22 – 1:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1500 block of Avenue H.
08/22/22 – 3:30 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Halley Dawn Evermon, 29, of Keokuk, at the Fort Madison Police Department, on charge of violation of a domestic no-contact order. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
08/16/22 – 11:57 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Timothy Lee Thorn, 49, of Fort Madison, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/16/22 – 12:50 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Katherine Ruth Lamma-Barnes, 27, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for 2nd offense sex offender registry. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/17/22 – 3:08 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Samantha Helen Spangler, 32, of Muscatine, at the intersection of 235th Avenue and Argyle Road, Keokuk, on 2 charges of possession of a controlled substance and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/17/22 – 12:53 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested  Scot Andrew Flora, 53, of Carthage, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for 3rd degree theft greater than $750 but less than $1,500. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/18/22 – 4:57 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 280th Street and Hwy. 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Jack Dean Kratzer, Jr., 59, of Montrose, failed to stop at the intersection before crossing and struck the front of the vehicle driven by Lonnie Carl Kinkeade, 72, of Keokuk. Kratzer denied medical attention. Lonnie Kinkeade suffered minor injuries, but his passenger had a possible serious injury. The Kinkeades were transported to Blessing Hospital in Keokuk. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Kratzer was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.
08/18/22 – 9:16 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Nicholas Christian Foster, 20, of Warsaw, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for sex abuse - 3rd - by force - 1st. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/19/22 – 12:52 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Dimari Diajae Meredith, 18, West Burlington, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of 1st degree murder - premeditated. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/19/22 – 9:31 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Haylee Lynn Downing, 22, of Fort Madison, in the 2100 block of Hwy. 2, Fort Madison, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on a promise to appear.
08/19/22 – 10:45 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jazlynn Arlette Wilkerson, 40, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on time served.
08/20/22 – 10:41 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kimberly Sue House, 35, of Wayland, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for 5th degree theft less than $300. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
08/20/22 – 11:49 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Tyler Ezra Sexton, 40, of Colorado, in the 2600 block of County Road 103, Fort Madison, on a court-ordered hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later transferred to another county.
08/21/22 – 7:23 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident in the 2000 block of 303rd Avenue. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Charles Ryan Feuerhammer, 42, of Fort Madison, was traveling southbound in the 2000 block of 303rd Avenue when the vehicle left the roadway, became airborne, landed, continued southbound in the ditch, slid back onto the pavement, crossed both lanes of traffic, left the roadway again, and impacted the east ditch head on. Serious injuries were suspected and Feuerhammer was transported to the hospital by EMS. No citations were reported.
08/21/22 – 10:53 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwys. 16 & 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Lois Lorraine Blanchard, 88, of Wever, was turning from the stop sign at Hwy. 16 into the southbound lanes of Hwy. 61 and did not see the vehicle driven by Trisha Ann Stanford, 29, of West Point. Stanford was unable to avoid the collision and struck the back of Blanchard's vehicle. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene. Blanchard was cited for failure to yield.
