03/16/23 – 10:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Mandy Lynn Wells, 47, of Fort Madison, in the 3000 block of Avenue P, on a charge of city: dog at large.

Lee County Sheriff Report
03/16/23 – 5:44 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident in the 3600 block of Argyle Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Brandon Lee Ladd, 25, of Keokuk, was traveling east on Argyle Road when it failed to negotiate a curve to the right, crossed the center line, and left the roadway. The vehicle struck an enbankment, went airborne, landed in a yard, and stuck a vehicle in the driveway. Ladd suffered serious, debilitatint injuries and was transferred by ambulance. The vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed from the scene. No citations were reported.
03/16/23 – 10:20 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Richard Wayne Jameson, 52, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on charge of 1st offense sex offender residency violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/16/23 – 11:32 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Ryne Steven Sackman, 30, of Keokuk, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/16/23 – 2:29 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Lisa Marie DeBrackeleire, 30, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on 2 warrants for failure to appear/contempt of court. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
