07/29/22 – 7:36 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1200 block of 19th Street.

07/29/22 – 11:10 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Erica Rae Kimble, 40, of Missouri, in the 2200 block of Avenue L, on a charge of disorderly conduct – loud noise. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/30/22 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Michael Anthony Weldon, 32, of Fort Madison, in the 2400 block of Avenue G, on charges of driving while barred, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/30/22 – 4:48 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1200 block of Avenue F.
07/30/22 – 8:27 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Grant James Shallcross, 32, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 18th Street and Avenue M, on 2 warrants for probation violation and a warrant for 3rd degree harassment. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/30/22 – 8:40 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Belinda Lorene McWhortor, 34, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 18th Street and Avenue M, on a charge of driving while barred. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

08/01/22 – 12:17 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Cason Alan Barker, 20, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 28th Street and Avenue I, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, eluding – injury, OWI, drug, and driving under suspension. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

07/28/22 – 12:00 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Robert Anthony Knopp, 33, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on warrants for 3rd degree burglary – vehicle 1st offense, 1st degree theft greater than $10,000, 2nd degree theft greater than $1,500 but less than $10,000, and being a felon in control of a firearm. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/28/22 – 2:58 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Laura Kathleen Knox, 63, of Keokuk, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody and a judgment hold charge. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/28/22 – 11:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jason Michael Fortune, 47, Fort Madison, in Henderson County, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/29/22 – 3:00 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kara Sue Nelson, 26, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for 3rd degree criminal mischief and a warrant for 4th degree criminal mischief. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/29/22 – 10:18 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Troy William James, 52, of Fort Madison, in the 3100 block of Avenue K, on a charge of 3rd degree harassment. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
07/29/22 – 10:40 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Marrissa Fawn Ash, 39, of Kahoka, at the sheriff's office, on 2 warrants for failure to appear/contempt of court. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
07/30/22 – 12:50 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies cited and released Latasha Mae Pearsall, 29, of Keokuk, in the 1900 block of Hwy. 27, Donnellson, on a charge of driving while barred.
07/30/22 – 1:46 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested James Alvie Wilsey, Jr., 54, of Keokuk, at the intersection of S. 7th Street and Des Moines St., Keokuk, on a charge of operating vehicle while intoxicated. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
07/31/22 – 8:45 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Nathan Patrick Boone, 31, of Keokuk, in South Lee County, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on time served.
07/31/22 – 5:05 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Justin Michael Barnes, 35, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a judgment hold warrant.
07/31/22 – 8:24 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Heather Michelle Hayes, 29, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/01/22 – 2:06 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kaleb Robert Meierotto, 23, of Keokuk, at the intersection of N. 13th Street and Morgan Street, Keokuk, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, fraudulent use of registration, provide proof of financial liability, and being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
08/01/22 – 6:17 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1800 block of Hwy. 2. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Paula Marie Burk, 57, of Kahoka, was traveling eastbound on Hwy. 2 behind a vehicle driven by Todd Richard Pardall, 58, of West Point, when Burk attempted to pass Pardall's vehicle as it was turning into a driveway and struck his vehicle on its passenger side. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles sustained approximately $1,500 in damage, but were able to be driven from the scene. No citations were reported.
08/01/22 – 6:21 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Robert Daniel Brackelsberg, 31, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
