Fort Madison Police Report
09/23/22 - 9:12 a.m. - Fort Madison Police cited Taylor James Smith, 21 of Fort Madison on a charge of an environmental nuisance.
09/24/22 - 1:30 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 900 block of 4th Street.
09/24/22 - 11:21 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block Avenue E.
09/25/22 - 2:04 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Timothy Allen Regan, 26 of Fort Madison, in the 3900 block of Bluff Road on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/25/22 - 2:25 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2500 block of Avenue G.
09/25/22 - 10:45 p.m. - Fort Madison Police arrested Ryan K. Shaw, 38,  of Dallas City, on Richards Drive, on a charge of 5th-degree criminal mischief. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/26/22 - 8:30 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to report of a property damage accident in the 2000 block of Avenue B.

Lee County Sheriff's Report
09/24/22 - 8:25 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Anthony Hernandez, 52, of Montrose in the 100 block of Main Street in Montrose on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail and rleeased on bond.
09/25/22 - 4:32 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Amy Lynn Pardall, 52, of Montrose in the 100 block of Main Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on bond.
09/25/22 - 8:52 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Josey May Fink, 21, of Keokuk in the 3200 block of Mississippi River Road on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/25/22 - 10:33 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Andrew James Evans, 31, of Keokuk in the 3200 block of Mississippi River Road on charges of trespass, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Lee County Jail.
