08/01/24 – 4:11 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Randy Allen Davis, 61, of Fort Madison in the 1100 block of 27th Street, on a warrant for failure to appear and charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug tax stamp violations. He was held in Lee County Jail.
