Fort Madison Police Report
08/28/24 – 1:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Nicholas Matthew Garcia, 38, of Mt. Pleasant, in the 4500 block of Avenue O, on one active warrant for failure to appear, and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, a felon in control of a firearm involved in domestic abuse and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
08/28/24 – 3:20 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
08/28/24 – 7:50 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Dakota William Burgund, 34, of Fort Madison in the 3500 block of Avenue Q, on a charge of driving under suspension.

08/28/24 – 1:24 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of Main Street.
08/28/24 – 9:45 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2500 block of Belknap Blvd.
08/28/24 – 10:19 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of S. 22nd Street.
08/28/24 – 10:28 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old female juvenile in the 1100 block of High Street, on a charge of driving while barred.
08/28/24 – 10:59 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of N. Water Street.
08/28/24 – 1:10 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 500 block of Burke Street.
08/28/24 – 11:02 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1900 block of Franklin Street.
