02/18/22 – 4:14 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of Avenue D.
02/19/22 – 12:28 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2700 block of Avenue O.
02/19/22 – 4:40 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Adam Ray Sutton, 43, of Montrose, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on a charge of 5th degree theft less than $300. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/20/22 – 4:07 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 600 block of Avenue D.
02/21/22 – 12:38 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of 8th Street.

02/22/22 – 10:57 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Eleesha Gabrielle Estrada, 20, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 6th Street and Avenue E, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
02/22/22 – 10:57 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Cameron Olan Medland, 22, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 6th Street and Avenue E, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
02/22/22 – 10:57 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Blake Ryan Feuerhammer, 21, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 6th Street and Avenue E, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
02/23/22 – 7:51 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 14th Street and Avenue H.
02/23/22 – 10:08 a.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Sara Ann Pauly, 38, of Fort Madison, in the 3500 block of Avenue N, on a warrant for failure to appear and a charge of driving under suspension.
02/23/22 – 1:17 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
02/23/22 – 2:07 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2100 block of Avenue B.
02/23/22 – 2:23 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Seth Thomas Wright, 29, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of Avenue M, on a charge of 5th degree theft less than $300.

Lee County Sheriff Report
02/17/22 – 12:22 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwys. 16 and 61. According to the report, a vehicle being driven by Cindy Kay DiPrima, 43, of Wever, was traveling eastbound approaching the intersection, attempting to stop, when she slid into the southbound lanes of Hwy. 61 and was struck on the driver side front and rear doors by a vehicle being driven by Lorri Beth Bliss, 62, of Fort Madison. Both vehicles were towed from the scene and Bliss was transported by ambulance to the hospital. No other injuries or citations were reported.
02/17/22 – 1:49 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 2700 block of Hwy. 61. According to the report, a snowplow driven by Robert John Kirchner, 52, of Donnellson, was traveling southbound on Hwy 61. when it was struck on the rear passenger side by a vehicle being driven by Michael Alan Pauly, 31, of Fort Madison. No injuries or citations were reported and neither vehicle was disabled.
02/17/22 – 7:10 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Joseph Matthew Haage, 38, of Keokuk, in the 1800 240th Street, on a charge of 1st offense trespassing. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
02/18/22 – 4:58 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Natasha Louise McCarty, 35, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/19/22 – 9:32 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Gregory Lane King, 60, of Denmark, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on time served.
02/19/22 – 7:31 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Shane Mathew Carrell, 23, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 263rd Avenue and Hwy. 61, on a charge of driving while barred. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on a promise to appear.
02/20/22 – 1:57 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Ross Benjamin Vantiger, 23, of Mount Union, in the 1400 block of Pilot Grove Road, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
02/20/22 – 7:43 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Derek Alexander Westwater, 37, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/20/22 – 10:51 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 1800 block of Hwy. 61. According to the report, a vehicle being driven by Madison Elizabeth McGlasson, 14, of Keokuk, was traveling north on Hwy. 61 when she lost control of the vehicle, slid sideways across both lanes of traffic, left the roadway entering the ditch, struck a reflective road marker, and came to rest in a muddy field. No injuries were reported, the vehicle sustained heavy damage and the driver was cited for failure to maintain control.
02/21/22 – 6:21 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on Hwy. 218 N. According to the report, a deer entered the roadway in front of a vehicle being driven by Alexis Louisa Ullrich, 33, of Mt. Pleasant, causing her to slow down and a vehicle being driven by Isabel Catherine Vandenberg, 20, of Columbia, to strike the rear of Ullrich's vehicle in the roadway. No injuries or citations were reported.
02/21/22 – 10:35 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Troy Francis Markham, 55, of Hamilton, in the 2200 block of McKinley Avenue, on a warrant for violation of a domestic no-contact order. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/22/22 – 10:20 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Dennis Lee Hitsman, Jr., 33, of Davenport, at the sheriff's office, on 3 warrants for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/23/22 – 12:03 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Hwy. 218. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Brendan August Sanford, 30, of Shawnee, Okla., and a vehicle driven by Jonathan David Finn, 36, of Bonaparte, were both traveling west on Hwy. 218 with Finn's vehicle following Sanford's. The driver's side of Sanford's vehicle was struck by Finn's as he was attempting to make a u-turn. Finn had minor injuries, but refused medical attention. Finn's vehicle was towed from the scene. No other injuries or citations were reported.
02/24/22 – 2:10 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Michael Austin Vaughn, 28, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/24/22 – 7:15 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff deputies arrested Brandon Ray Raszler, 30, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Hancock County Sheriff's Report
02/08/22 - Kristen M Golliher, age 36, was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear I Failure to Pay on original charges of Domestic Battery. Golliher remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting her next court appearance.
02/08/22 - Joseph D Leeper, age 46, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Retail Theft and Resisting a Peace Officer. Leeper was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
02/10/22 - Casey L Gunning, age 41, of Keokuk, IA was arrested and charged with Probation Violation on original charges of Drug charges. Gunning remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
02/10/22 - Brett L Traman, age 32, of Fort Madison, IA was arrested and charged with Driving While License Suspended and Obstructing Identification. Traman was also arrested on Lee County Warrants charging him with Violation of Parole, Failure to Appear on original charges of Driving While Barred and Criminal Mischief. Traman was released to Lee County Authorities.
02/10/22 - Ryan K Shaw, age 37, of Dallas City, IL was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence. Shaw was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
02/12/22 - Megan A Garcia, age 27. of Keokuk, IA was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear on original charges of Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and No Valid Registration. Garcia was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
02/12/22 - Yony S Palma, age 45, c•f Carthage, IL was given a Notice to Appear at a future court date for No Driver's License and No Insurance.
2/13/22 - Kalel S Robinson, age 37, of Quincy, IL was arrested and charged with Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, and Escape. Robinson remains lodged in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
02/15/22 - Kady G Cox, age 23, of Macomb, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear/ Failure to Pay on original charges of Resisting or Obstructing a Peace Officer. Cox was also arrested on a Schuyler County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear/ Pay on original charges of Disorder. Cox was released to Schuyler County.
02/15/22 - Candi I Medina, age 28, of Burnside, IL was arrested on a Lee County Warrant charging her with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unauthorized Use of Credit Card, and Forgery. Medina was released to Lee County Iowa Authorities.
02/16/22 - Jerry P Orth, age 40, of Niota, IL was arrested and charged with Contempt of Court. Orth was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date.
02/17/22 - Cortney Lampkins, age 37, of Macomb, IL was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Pay original charges of Obstructing Identification. Lampkins was also arrested on a McDonough County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Pay on original charges of Disorderly Conduct. Lampkins was released to McDonough County Authorities.
02/18/22 - Franz G Dunsworth, age 61, of Carthage, IL was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. Dunsworth remains lodged in the Hancock County Jail in lieu of bail awaiting his next court appearance.
02/19/22 - David M Farran, age 47, of Lomax, IL was arrested on a Henderson County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear/ Pay on original charges of Battery. Farran was released after posting the required bond and given a future court date
