08/05/24 – 9:40 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1000 block of Avenue H.
08/05/24 – 10:35 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 600 block of Avenue H.
08/05/24 – 11:52 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1500 block of Avenue M.
08/05/24 – 1:35 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of 20th Street.

Keokuk Police Report
08/05/24 – 9:16 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jacob Ryan McFarland, 29, of Keokuk, in the 400 block of S. 8th Street, on a charge of trespassing. He was held in Lee County Jail.
08/05/24 – 9:30 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Johnson Street.
08/05/24 – 12:31 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 700 block of Concert Street.
08/05/24 – 2:50 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 2600 block of Belknap Blvd.
08/05/24 – 4:08 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 600 block of Bank Street.
08/05/24 – 4:37 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Brian Robert Nickel, 33, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Morgan Street, on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
08/05/24 – 4:48 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Bryan Wayen Vanskike, 32, of Oquawka, Ill., on a charge of forged or theft of lottery ticket. He was held in Lee County Jail.
08/06//24 – 12:20 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Mia Nastasia Mitchell, 21, of Keokuk, in the 1400 block of Exchange Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
08/05/24 – 6:31 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident near 340th Street on Hwy. 61. According to the report a vehicle driven by Isaiah Matthew Mullins, 19, of Keokuk was traveling northbound in the 3400 block of Hwy. 61 in the inside lane at a high rate of speed. Mullins moved into outside passing lane and subsequently struck a vehicle driven by Teresa Ann Clark, 60, of Keokuk. Both vehicles became disabled and no injuries were reported. Mullins was charged with OWI
08/05/24 – 8:36 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Isaiah Matthew Mullins, 19, of Keokuk, in the 3000 block of Hwy. 218, on a charge of OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
08/05/24 – 6:28 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Crystal Anne Laktas, 45, of Keokuk, in the 3400 block of 277th Avenue, on a charge of 3rd degree criminal mischief. She was held in Lee County Jail.
08/05/24 – 7:57 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason Allen Dusek, 45, of Cedar Rapids, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
