11/10/22 – 7:59 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 21st Street and Avenue C.

11/11/22 – 5:59 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Joshua Edwin James Hartman, 37, of Fort Madison, in the 3400 block of Avenue N, on a warrant for failure to appear and a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/11/22 – 10:12 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Charles Franklin Bruner, 60, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 22nd Street and Avenue I, on a charge of driving while barred.
11/11/22 – 11:15 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Rachel Lynn Reynolds, 41, of Burlington, at the intersection of 28th Street and Avenue L, on a charge of driving under suspension.
11/12/22 – 1:01 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Donald James Hillman, 45, of Burlington, in the 1100 block of 19th Street, on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/12/22 – 2:05 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Tresha Aliza Denij Danzy, 27, of Burlington, at the intersection of 31st Street and Avenue K, on a charge of driving under suspension.

11/13/22 – 2:48 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Kimberly Nicole Smith, 30, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of 19th Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff Report
11/11/22 – 1:06 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Sarah Grace Matthews, 23, of Kahoka, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of probation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/11/22 – 1:56 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Brittany Nichole Saltzman, 31, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for a pretrial release violation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/11/22 – 2:28 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Crystal Ann Horn, 25, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a judgment hold warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on time served.
11/11/22 – 5:18 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Melissa Marie Skinner, 38, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on 2 warrants for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
11/12/22 – 4:00 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of 228th Street and Hwy. 16. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Dayne Lawrence Riesberg, 23, of New London, was traveling eastbound in the 2200 block of Hwy. 16, when the vehicle left the roadway and became airborne, landing on the east side of the road. Dayne was flown by helicopter to University of Iowa Hospitals. The vehicle sustained severe damages. No citations were reported.
11/12/22 – 6:57 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Scot Andrew Flora, 53, of Carthage, at the intersection of Hwy. 218 and 340th Street, Keokuk, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and eluding - injury, OWI, 2nd. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/13/22 – 7:34 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Joyce Eugena Smith, 79, of Donnellson, in the 2400 block of 263rd Avenue, Fort Madison, on a charge of OWI - 1st offense. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on a pretrial release.
11/14/22 – 9:05 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 3500 block of Hwy. 218. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Kerry Kirk Heisel, 67, of Stockport, was traveling northbound on Hwy. 218 and attempted to merge into the lefthand lane of travel, and struck the driver's side quarter panel of a vehicle driven by Judy Ann Wilson, 73, of Keokuk. No injuries were reported. Wilson's vehicle sustained minor damages. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. Heisel was cited for improper lane change.
11/14/22 – 9:41 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Christian Anthony Martinez, 18, of Quincy, at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Fairfield, on 2 warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on a court-ordered release.
11/14/22 – 4:23 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kevin Eugene Bower, 62, of Burlington, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for unauthorized credit card use less than $1,500. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/14/22 – 6:59 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Andrew Walter Heins, 30, Donnellson, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
