The event will once again be a time to celebrate our survivors, remember those we have lost to cancer and fight back by raising funds for the American Cancer Society.
Teams will encircle the track with fundraising activities, while Dan-the-Man will be providing the musical entertainment for the evening. Luminarias can be purchased in memory or in honor of a loved one. Pictures of the loved one can be brought to the event and hung on the fence along the track during the event.
Survivors can register for the evening by calling Missy at 319-376-4768. Teams are also encouraged to sign up online at https://relayforlife.org/northleecountyia or by calling 800-227-2345.
This is a community event, everyone is invited to come out to the high school track to participate in the evening’s activities. Many individual and corporate sponsors have joined in the fight against cancer with all monies raised going towards the fundraising goal of $40,000 for the American Cancer Society. Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center-Fort Madison is the Presenting Sponsor.
