Lake Cooper Anglers holding local bass event

LEE COUNTY - The Lake Cooper Angling Association has announced the 2024 Open Team Bass Tournament Shootout.
These tournaments are all scheduled to be at area locations that are an easy drive and have good facilities. Each tourney will be held on Saturdays  6am – 2pm: 
#1  May 11, Lake Geode
#2  July 13,  Pool 19 – Ft.Madison
#3  August 10, Lake Sugema  
Entry fee $80.00 – 80% payout,   $10.00  Big Bass Pot 100% payout,   Payout of 1 place for every 5 boats.

The LCAA invites interested anglers to join a club of anglers that have learned the sport of fishing through a nonprofit conservation minded organization that has been around for over 38 years!
No boat is needed as our club tourneys pairs a boater for each nonboater through a draw system held usually the week before the tourney.  Generally, the club schedules 12 tournaments each year.   Meetings and draws are held at the Ft.Madison Elks Club.  Club business is conducted on the third Thursday of each month at 7pm.  For more information on joining the LCAA  contact:  Jim Noll, President – 319-470-4864; jimnoll@mchsi.com
