Klann wins Live Healthy Iowa 5K

The Live Healthy Lee County group wants to list your 5Ks on their website.

MONTROSE – More than 60 people participated in cold, windy Live Healthy Iowa 5K in Montrose Saturday morning.

The top finisher of the race was Thomas Klann with 23:56 time in the male division, while the top female finisher was Amanda Gilpin with 28:24.

The Lee County Health Department put on the race as part of the Live Healthy Iowa program and wanted to thank those who helped make the race a success including Mark & Christa Wiggins, Bill Young with Lee County EMS, the Lee County K9 Association, Montrose Riverfront, Inc., Montrose Police Department, and Lee County Sheriff’s Department.
