Fort Madison Police Report

07/08/20 – 8:55 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Michelle Monique Meredith, 48, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of 26th Street.
07/08/20 – 11:44 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2600 block of Avenue H.
07/08/20 – 12:51 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3400 block of Avenue L.
07/08/20 – 8:19 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Michelle Jean Kruse, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 2800 block of Avenue L, on a charge of assault causing injury. She was released on her recognizance.
07/08/20 – 8:44 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1700 block of 35th Street.
07/08/20 – 10:31 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Kai Luv Kempker, 27, in the 1300 block of 21st Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
07/09/20 – 9:40 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block of 38th Street.
07/09/20 – 12:01 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1800 Avenue I.
07/09/20 – 4:11 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of 48th Street.
07/09/20 – 1:43 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested James Darrell Baldwin, 72, of Fort Madison in the 500 block of Eighth Street, on a four charges of indecent exposure. He was taken to the Lee county Jail and held.
07/09/20 – 7:07 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Brandon Lee Hayes, 29, in the 400 block of Avenue D, on charges of simple assault, possession of Controlled Substance. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
07/09/20 – 8:06 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 5200 block of River Valley Road.
07/10/20 – 3:52 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Pele Oscar Wise, 42, in the 1700 block of Avenue D, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
07/10/20 – 6:49 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1500 block of Avenue L.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
07/08/20 – 12:45 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies Randy Lee Jenkins, 57, of Wayland, Mo., at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for 2nd degree arson. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
