2024 city pet licenses now available

FORT MADISON - City of Fort Madison Pet Licenses for 2024 are now available for purchase at City Hall – 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison PAW Animal Shelter – 2031 48th Street, or Walljasper Veterinary Clinic – 2135 303rd Avenue. Current rabies vaccination certificate must be shown, along with proof of spay or neuter (if applicable). The annual license fee is $10.00 for every spayed or neutered cat or dog over the age of six (6) months and $20.00 if unaltered. Beginning January 2, 2024, a $10 late fee will be applied. A $5 service fee may apply if purchased at PAW Animal Shelter or Walljasper Veterinary Clinic. For questions, please contact City Hall at (319) 372-7700.
