Donald D. Ellison, 74, of Macomb, Illinois, passed away at 12:33 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2025, at the Goldwater Care in Roseville, Illinois.Donald was born on July 10, 1950, in Adrian, Illinois, the son of Maurice and Frances (Noble) Ellison.Survivors include three sisters: Jean Winters, Nancy Tedrow and Stella Lester.He was preceded in death by his parents; eight brothers: Raymond, John, Harold, William, Richard, Wayne, Laurence and Tom Ellison and three sisters: Mary Ann, Ruth and Leota.Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Schmitz-Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Nauvoo.The funeral service for Mr. Ellison will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Schmitz-Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Nauvoo.Burial will follow in Thornber Cemetery, near Powellton, Illinois.Schmitz - Banks & Beals Funeral Home of Nauvoo is assisting the family with arrangements.
