FORT MADISON, Iowa – The Fort Madison Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a new travel opportunity that is open to both Chamber members and the public. In partnership with Quest Voyager, the Chamber will host a guided group tour to Greece, departing March 7, 2027.
The nine-day Best of Greece: An Aegean Odyssey tour will take travelers through some of Greece's most iconic destinations, including Athens, Nafplion, Mycenae, Epidaurus, and the Acropolis. Participants will experience the country's rich history, stunning scenery, authentic cuisine, and vibrant culture through professionally guided tours and unique cultural experiences. An optional extension to the picturesque island of Santorini is also available.
"We're excited to offer a new opportunity for our community to experience international travel together," said Savanna Collier, Executive Director of the Fort Madison Area Chamber of Commerce. "Whether you've always dreamed of visiting Greece or you're simply looking for a well-planned group travel experience, this trip offers an incredible opportunity to explore one of the world's most fascinating destinations."
To help interested travelers learn more, the Chamber will host a free informational session with representatives from Quest Voyager on Monday, August 11, at 11:00 a.m. The session will be held in the Connection Bank Community Room, with a virtual attendance option available through Microsoft Teams.
During the presentation, attendees will learn about the itinerary, what's included in the tour, pricing, travel details, and have the opportunity to ask questions.
The Chamber asks anyone planning to attend the information session to RSVP. Those wishing to participate virtually should contact the Chamber to receive the Teams meeting link.
The Greece travel program is open to everyone—membership in the Fort Madison Area Chamber of Commerce is not required to participate.
