Flooding causes county road closures

LEE COUNTY – Lee County Secondary Roads has announced the following road closures due to current flooding concerns.
The following stretches of roads will be closed starting Saturday:
• 245th St is closed between 235th St and Painter Creek due to flooding.
• 240th St is closed from Ortho Road to 265th Ave due to flooding.
• 235th St is closed due to flooding from 240th Ave to 255th Ave.
• 255th Ave is closed from 235th St to Harper's Lane due to flooding.
• 263rd Ave is closed due to flooding until further notice.
Additional information on these and other road closures will be published as they become available.
The county will also be doing sealcoating next week.
The county will be seal coating on Country Club Lane and Hickory Hills . Please limit use, slow down, and some delays can be expected. Be aware that fresh oil may be present as we are working. Check with flagmen before proceeding.
