12/18/25 - 12:03 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2900 block of Avenue H. 
12/18/25 - 8:23 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Douglas Brenneman, 62, of Fort Madison in the 1200 block of Avenue D on a charge of theft in the fifth degree. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Keokuk Police Report
12/18/25 - 1:17 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 800 block of Exchange Street. 
12/18/25 - 3:12 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 
12/18/25 - 5:21 PM - Keokuk police arrested a 16 year old juvenile in the 1200 block of Johnson Street on a charge of possession of media exploiting a minor. He was held in juvenile detention. 
12/19/25 - 2:03 AM - Keokuk police arrested Devin James Bunnell, 40, of Paducah in the 200 block Johnson Street on a charge of operating while intoxicated. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Lee County Sheriff's Report
12/18/25 - 8:24 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Douglas Scott Brenneman, 62, of Fort Madison, in the 500 block of Avenue G, on a charge of 5th degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/19/25 - 8:50 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested John Dale Wyatt, Sr., 52, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, control of a firearm by a felon, keeping a vehicle or premises for controlled substances, and possession of controlled substances. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/19/25 - 10:09 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Mark Everett Young, 49, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on a charge of sexual misconduct with a juvenile. he was held in Lee County Jail.
12/19/25 - 5:04 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Alan Lee Vincent, 46, of Lomax, Ill., at the S. Lee County Courthouse on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
