Fort Madison Police Report 
08/21/25 - 6:45 PM - Fort Madison police cited Ruth Louise Shallcross, 33, of Fort Madison at Hillview Village on a charge of disorderly conduct for fighting and violence. 
08/21/25 - 6:45 PM - Fort Madison police cited Amber Michelle Brobston, 36, of Fort Madison at Hillview Village on a charge of disorderly conduct for fighting and violence. 
08/22/25 - 12:15 AM - Fort Madison police cited Stevie Rae Kay Londrie, 35, of Keokuk in the 4600 block of Avenue J on a charge of disorderly conduct. 
Keokuk Police Report 
08/21/25 - 1:29 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2000 block of Main Street. 
08/21/25 - 3:33 PM - Keokuk police arrested Robert Harry Mills Junior, 51, of Keokuk in the 900 block of Main Street on a charge of assault with bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
08/21/25 - 9:04 PM - Keokuk police arrested Christina Michelle Nelson, 48, of Keokuk in the 1900 block of Hilton Road on a warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
Lee County Police Report
08/20/25 - 11:00 AM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 2700 block of US Highway 27. Jon Cameron Johnson, 34, of Knoxville and  Rocky Duane Westermeyer, 74, of Montrose were heading southbound on the outside lanes when Johnson struck Westermeyer's rear driver's side corner. Johnson's vehicle then fishtailed and ended up facing east in the median of Highway 27. Westermeyer's vehicle spun right and ended up facing west in the outside ditch of Highway 27. Johnson stated his phone that he was using GPS on had fallen, he got distracted trying to pick it up, and did not see Westermeyer's vehicle until it was too late. Westermeyer's car sustained minor damage, and Johnson's vehicle sustained severe damage. Johnson was cited for following too closely.
08/21/25 - 4:11 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua E. Hagerman, 21, of Burlington in the 700 block of Avenue F in Fort Madison on a charge of failure to appear and contempt of court. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
08/22/25 - 1:36 AM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rodric Mikael Settles, 28, of Fort Madison in the 2800 block of County Road 103 in Fort Madison on charges of operating while intoxicated and an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
