08/07/25 - 7:30 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Joshua Neil Vessell, 23, of Fort Madison in the 1500 block of Avenue L on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse involving a mentally incapacitated victim. He was held in Lee County Jail.
08/07/25 - 5:09 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 3500 block of Avenue Q.
08/07/25 - 6:50 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Sierra Lynne McGee, 35, of Fort Madison at 13th Street and Avenue C on a warrant for probation violation for forgery. She was held in Lee County Jail.
