07/10/25 - 8:28 PM - Keokuk police arrested Phillip Ryan Beavers, 35, of Keokuk in the 900 block of Concert Street on a warrant for domestic assault causing bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail.
07/10/25 - 8:28 PM - Keokuk police arrested Phillip Ryan Beavers, 35, of Keokuk in the 100 block of Boulevard Avenue Road on charges of possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, possession of marijuana in the first degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
