3/19/26 - 8:22 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Paulette Sue Hays, 46, of Fort Madison in the 600 block of Avenue G on a charge of trespassing. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
3/19/26 - 8:26 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Belinda Lorene McWhortor, 37, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue G on a warrant for probation violation. She was held in Lee County Jail.

3/19/26 - 4:30 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident Timea Street and South 7th Street. Shawn Paul McAfee, 58, of Kahoka was going South 7th Street, failed to obey a red traffic light and struck the vehicle ofHeidi Lynn Archer, 68, of Keokuk who has the right of way. 
3/19/26 - 9:17 AM - Keokuk police arrested Kimberly Sue Harmon, 50, of Keokuk in the 500 block of South 5th Street on a charge for violating a no contact order for domestic abuse. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
3/19/26 - 11:25 AM - Keokuk police arrested David Lewis Wells, 61, Keokuk in the 500 block of South 5th Street on charges of domestic assault with a weapon, domestic assault by impeding air or blood flow, and violation of a no contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail.
