KEOKUK POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT
10/11/23 – 10:07 a.m. – Keokuk Police cited Montana Gracey Lamma, 25, of Keokuk in the 600 block of N. 10^th Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault.
10/11/23 – 13:27 a.m. – Keokuk Police cited Pamela Ann Smith, 51, of Keokuk, in the 1200 block of Orleans Avenue, on a charge of driving under suspension.
10/11/23 – 8:39 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Michael David Land, 36, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of N. Park Drive, on a charge of 5^th-degree theft.
10/11/23 – 9:39 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Matthew Wayne Sly, 30, of Keokuk in the 100 block of North 15^th Street on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
10/12/23 – 2 a.m. – Keokuk Police cited Tab Andrew Bottger, 51, of Keokuk in the 700 block of Washington, on a charge of driving under suspension.
10/11/23 – 2:44 p.m. – The Keokuk Police Department reported a two-vehicle accident in the 3300 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Melia J. Whitt, 60, of Keokuk was eastbound at the intersection of Main Street and North Park Avenue. Whitt reported her breaks failed and she moved into the left lane to avoid hitting a vehicle driven by Mary E. McDaniel, 83 of Kahoka, who was headed southbound on North Park Drive. The two vehicles collided. No injuries or citations were reported.
