10/30/25 - 6:56 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 4000 block of Main Street. 
10/30/25 - 12:43 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 4000 block of Main Street.
10/30/25 - 10:01 PM - Keokuk police cited January Christine Schwartz, 43, of Keokuk in the 1400 block of Bank Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 
10/30/25 - 10:15 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at South 5th Street and Des Moines Street. 
10/30/25 - 11:54 PM - Keokuk police arrested Justin Michael Hemphill, 32, of Fort Madison in the 300 block of North 11th Street on a warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court and a charge for driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
