Fort Madison Police Report
10/02/25 - 4:57 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Alicia Diane McDuffle, 41, of Fort Madison in the 4500 block of Avenue L warrant for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/02/25 - 5:35 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of an accident in the 2200 block of Avenue J.
10/03/25 - 12:32 PM - Fort Madison police cited Carissa Lee McClellon, 22, of Fort Madison in the 500 block of 20th Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 

Keokuk Police Report
10/01/25 - 3:06 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of an accident in the 500 block of North 14th Street.  Steven Louis Bailey, 67, of Keokuk was traveling North on the 500 block of North 14th Street. A juvenile male was riding a bike east bound in the alley. The juvenile was traveling at a fast speed and did not yield to Bailey who had the right of way. The juvenile rode his bike into the driver's side of Bailey, suffering an injury. It was later claimed that the brakes on the bikes stopped working.

10/02/25 - 12:00 AM - Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Paul Daniel Henson, 47, of Keokuk on a warrant for theft in the fifth degree. 
10/02/25 - 12:55 AM - Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Steven Craig Smith, 68, of West Point in the 2500 block of Highway 61 in Fort Madison on a charge of operating while intoxicated. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/02/25 - 4:27 AM - Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested DeJonte Rovara Davis, 24, of Davenport in the 3200 block of Main Street in Keokuk on a warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/02/25 - 8:14 AM - Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jenna Lynn Whiston, 38, of Kahoka in the 700 block of Avenue F in Fort Madison on a warrant for judgment entry and mittimus. She was held in Lee County Jail.
