12/29/23 – 9:55 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Alexander Xavier Luna, 35, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue G on a warrant for parole violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
12/30/23 – 2:01 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 2100 block of Avenue E.
12/31/23 – 12:10 a.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Michael Anthony Kempker, Jr., 39, in the 3500 block of Avenue L, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
01/01/24 – 4:16 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of Avenue M.
01/02/24 – 1:06 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3400 block of Avenue N.

12/30/23 – 12:48 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Christopher Adam Barnes, 32, of Keokuk in the 500 block of Main Street on a charge of driving while barred. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
12/30/23 – 3:23 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Sophia McKenna Gregory, 25, of Keokuk in the 700 block of Main Street, on a charge of trespassing. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
12/31/23 – 12:20 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Cameron Dean Richardson, 25, of Fort Madison, in the 1400 block of Main Street, on a charges of OWI and having an open container. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
12/31/23 – 10 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Sophia McKenna Gregory, 25, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of Messenger Road, on a charge of 4^th-degree criminal mischief. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
12/31/23 – 9:38 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Ernest Lloyd Justice, 57, of Keokuk, at Main Street and Navaho Drive on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/31/23 – 9:40 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Mersadys Elizabeth Dickens, 36, of Keokuk, in the 1600 block of Bank Street, on a charge of OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/01/24 – 12:29 a.m. – Keokuk Police cited Jason Theodore Kokjohn, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 600 block of Timea Street on charges of driving while barred and having an open container of alcohol.
01/01/24 – 2:50 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Juan J. Pintor, 22, of Macomb, in the 1400 block of Main Street on a charge of OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/01/24 – 5:00 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Quincy Lee McCane, 21, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Des Moines Street, on a charges of public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
01/01/24 – 8:10 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited a 17-year-old male juvenile in the 2000 block of Main Street on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/02/24 – 1:19 a.m. – Keokuk Police officers arrested Kenneth Neal Isreal, 38 of Keokuk, in the 1100 block of Main Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance, interference with official acts, and being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
01/02/24 – 1:11 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Richard Lee Coop, 38, of Corbin, Mo., in the 2200 block of Plank Road, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/03/24 – 11:11 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 17^th Street and Concert. A vehicle driven by Chad Michael King, 40, of Davenport was east bound stopped at the intersection. According to the report, King pulled into the intersection striking a vehicle driven by Terry Lee Nelson, 67, of Keokuk. King was cited for failure to yield or stop at the intersection. No injuries were reported.
01/03/24 – 4:51 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Patty Ann Robinson, 65, of Keokuk in the 100 block of Park Drive, on a charge of driving while barred.
01/04/24 – 5:08 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Alexis Marie Bray, 20, of. Keokuk in the 100 block of N. 12^th Street, on charges of 4^th-degree criminal mischief.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
12/29/23 – 4:56 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cody Lee Faingnaert, 35, of Argyle, in the 2700 block of Hwy. 103, on a warrant for OWI. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on bond.
12/29/23 – 10:57 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jody William Humes, 45, of Argyle at the intersection of 235^th Street and Carbide Lane, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
01/01/24 – 2:46 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Montana Gracey Lamma, 25, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/02/24 – 12:22 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ricky Deshun Cratton, 56, of Burlington, in the 1600 block of Hwy. 61 on charges of speeding, open container, interference with official acts and obstructing prosecution. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
01/02/24 – 2:20 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Quentin Kade Beach, 24, of Fort Madison, in the 2500 block of 165^th Street on a charge of OWI and speeding. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
01/03/24 – 2:21 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested William Elroy Frantz III, 51, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse on a charge of a pretrial release violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
