03/31/23 – 10:43 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kenneth Kyle Pierce, 38, of Fort Madison, in the 100 block of Avenue C, on charges of possession of a controlled substance - 3rd and possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for pretrial release violation - possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/31/23 – 12:50 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Shannon Paul Bleything, 53, of Argyle, in the 2700 block of Avenue O, on charges of driving while barred and possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd.
03/31/23  – 9:19 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Bogdan M. Bielak, 48, of Chicago, in the 800 block of 10th Street, on charges of public intoxication, interference with official acts, and being a fugitive from justice; and a warrant for probation violation - aggravated DUI. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/01/23 – 5:06 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of  vandalism in the 1200 block of Avenue H.
04/01/23 – 10:36 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Heather Rae Butler, 42, of Butler, in the 3300 block of Avenue N, on a charge of driving barred.
04/01/23 – 4:19 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 900 block of Avenue D.
04/02/23 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Margery Dawn Hawkins, 57, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of Hwy. 2 and Hwy. 61, on charges of driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/02/23 – 6:06 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 5800 block of Avenue O.
04/02/23 – 11:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Natasha Amber Young, 35, of Fort Madison, in the 1800 block of Avenue A, on a charge of child endangerment.

Lee County Sheriff Report
03/31/23 – 10:15 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Levi Joseph Edward Value, 39, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/31/23 – 10:39 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kenneth Kyle Pierce, 38, of Fort Madison, in the 100 block of Avenue C, Fort Madison, on a warrant for pretrial release violation and charges of possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/31/23 – 3:59 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jody Everett Zohfeld, 45, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
04/02/23 – 3:25 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Angel Jaime Garcia, 41, of West Point, in the 3400 block of Hwy. 16, Wever, on charge of possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd, driving under suspension, and 1st offense trespassing. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
04/02/23 – 6:01 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Brittany Nichole Saltzman, 32, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/02/23 – 1:30 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Nuemonei Travon Laster, 26, of Davenport, at the sheriff's office, on a temporary hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/03/23 – 2:14 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Matthew Kristian Smith, 26, of Burlington, at the sheriff's office, on warrants for failure to appear and violation of a domestic no-contact order. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
