08/09/25 - 1:20 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Carlin Joe James, 31, of Farmington in the 2300 block of Avenue M on charges of operating while intoxicated, no valid driver's license, and operating a non registered vehicle.  He was held in Lee County Jail. 
08/09/25 - 11:14 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3900 block of Avenue O.
