08/15/25 - 4:38 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Richard Daniel Moore, 41, of Keokuk in the 3100 block of 270th Avenue in Keokuk on a charge of arson in the first degree. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
08/15/25 - 9:42 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Richard Daniel Moore, 41, of Keokuk in the 3100 block of 270th Avenue in Keokuk on charges of domestic assault with intent, going armed with intent to use, two charges of child endangerment, and criminal mischief. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
08/17/25 - 12:00 - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Adam Ray Sutton, 47, of Mount Pleasant in the 700 block of Avenue F in Fort Madison on charges of interference with an official act, two charges of trespassing, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
