She was held in Lee County Jail.

08/04/25 - 1:42 AM - Keokuk police arrested Malachi Xavier Allison, 18, of Keokuk in the 200 block of North 17th Street on charges of unlawful assembly and disorderly conduct causing fighting and violence. He was held in Lee County Jail.
