12/12/24 – 12:20 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 3300 block of Avenue L.
12/13/24 – 9:01 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kishod Raekwan Harris, 25, of Wilson, N.C., in the 2100 block of 330th Avenue, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/13/24 – 5:06 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2000 block of 303rd Avenue.
12/13/24 – 11:48 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 400 block of 34th Place.
12/14/24 – 2:04 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 2200 block of Avenue D.

12/14/24 – 4:26 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Adam Paul Carson, 42, of Fort Madison in the 2200 block of 26th Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/14/24 – 4:53 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of 48th Street.
12/15/24 – 10:52 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 6000 block of Avenue D.
12/15/24 – 5:07 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 3300 block of Avenue L.
12/15/24 – 5:14 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jerry William Beames, 56, of Fort Madison in the 1200 block of 37th Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/16/24 – 3:59 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Avenue H.
Keokuk Police Report
12/12/24 – 1:34 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 14-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released to a parent.
12/13/24 – 8:26 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 200 block of N. 10th Street
12/13/24 – 10:06 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 2200 block of Middle Road, on a charge of minor use of tobacco/vapor product.
12/13/24 – 10:08 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1400 block of Johnson Street.
12/13/24 – 12:36 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of Johnson Street Road
12/13/24 – 1:11 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 200 block of Kilbourne Place.
12/14/24 – 12:12 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Zackary Michael Hogan, 30, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of N. 16th Street, on an active arrest affidavit. He was held in Lee County Jail.

12/14/24 – 2:01 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 100 block of S. 2
nd Street.
12/14/24 – 2:04 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a five-vehicle accident in the 100 block of S. 2
nd Street. According to the report, a parking lot in the 100 block of S. 2
nd Street was ice-covered and a vehicle driven by Paige Nicole Stamper, 29, of Keokuk lost control negotiating a curve in the parking lot and struck two other parked vehicles. As Stamper tried to back up her vehicle to move it, she lost control again and collided with two other vehicles in the parking lot. No citations or injuries were reported.
12/14/24 – 2:38 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Paige Nicole Stamper, 29, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of S. 2
nd Street, on a charge of OWI.
12/14/24 – 7:09 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 100 block S. 2
nd Street.
12/14/24 – 7:39 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1400 block of Carroll Street.
12/14/24 – 4:34 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 3100 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Brianna Lou-Jean Paar, 25, of Keokuk, was traveling east. A vehicle driven by Beverly Sue Mason, 59, of Keokuk, came to a stop sign at McKinley Avenue and Main Street and failed to yield to Paar’s vehicle when pulling into traffic. Mason was cited for failure to yield. No injuries were reported.
12/14/24 – 4:59 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of Carroll Street.
12/14/24 – 8:13 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Scott Frank Calhoun, 51, of Keokuk in the 100 block of N. 16
th Street on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/15/24 – 12:08 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Robert Wayne White, 33, Keokuk, in the 2100 block of Main Street, on a charge of OWI. He was held in Lee Couny Jail.
12/15/24 – 9:35 p.m.- Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old male in the 300 block of N. Park Drive on charge of disorderly conduct.
Lee County Sheriff’s Report
12/12/24 – 8:13 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Miranda Elizabeth Meyers, 29, of Clinton, at the sheriff’s office. She was held in Lee County Jail.
12/12/24 – 10:28 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jodi Lyn Millard, 38, of West Point, on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
12/12/24 – 2:30 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jesse Dean Trimble, 32, of Cedar Rapids, at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for sexual abuse. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/12/24 – 3:47 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested William David Davis, 66, of Keosauqua, at the sheriff’s office, on a temporary hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and transferred to another agency.
12/12/24 – 10:28 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Laron Gorden Jackson, 39, of Ankeny, in the 200 block of Main Street in Houghton on a warrant for failure to appear.. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/13/24 – 3:08 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nancy Jean Reese, 45, of Waterloo, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a charge of voluntary absence from custody and an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/15/24 – 12;33 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyle Gerard Wellman, 26, of West Point, on charges of OWI, Registration violation, Failure to maintain control, no insurance, and carrying a weapon while intoxicated. He was taken to Lee County and released on bond.
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
