12/12/25 - 2:50 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 300 block of North Park Drive. 
12/12/25 - 4:00 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 800 block of Bank Street. 
12/12/25 - 10:18 PM - Keokuk police cited Christina Ivinia Dorsey, 40, of Keokuk in the 1700 block of Timea Street on a charge of driving while barred. 
12/13/25 - 2:08 AM - Keokuk police arrested Ashton Morgan Rawlings, 19, of Burlginton at Highway 218 and Argyle Road on warrants for operating while intoxicated, violation for  not having financial liability in an accident, and failure to maintain control, and charges for minor's use of tobacco, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
12/13/25 - 7:27 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the bypass in the 200 block of Highway 61.

12/14/25 - 7:05 PM - Keokuk police arrested Emily Nicole Kay, 19, of Keokuk in the 3000 block of Main Street on charges of theft and unauthorized credit card use. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
12/14/25 - 7:15 PM - Keokuk police cited Cordealya Traci May Wustrow, 20, of Hamilton in the 300 block of North Park Drive on a charge of theft in the fifth degree. 
12/14/25 - 7:48 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 700 block of Main Street. 

Lee County Sheriff's Report
12/15/25 - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Alexis Lee Griffin, 25, of Fort Madison, at an undisclosed location, on a chage of driving under suspension. She was held in Lee County Jail.
12/15/25 -2:23 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeremiah Jay Hester, 37, of Montrose, on an active arrest warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
