12/01/23 – 1:19 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested James Eugene Martindale, 59, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for violation of probation.
12/01/23 – 6:05 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of personal injury accident on Richards Drive.
12/02/23 – 2:46 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny theft in the 3200 block of Avenue H.

Keokuk Police Report
10/30/23 – 8:52 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident at North 7th Street and Fulton Street. According to the report a 17-year-old juvenile female struck the rear quarter panel of a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old female of Keokuk. The 17-year-old was cited for leaving the scene of an accident, driving while suspended and failure to provide insurance. No injuries were reported.
11/28/23 – 12:09 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Main Street and McKinly Avenue in Keokuk. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Ricky Allen Edwards, 57, of Hamilton backed up and struck a vehicle behind him driven by Nicole Marie Gronewald, 32, of Hamilton. Edwards was cited for unsafe backing.
11/30/23 – 6:31 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Mirand Elizabeth Salyers, 18, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of North Park Drive, on a charge of 5th degree theft less than $300.
11/30/23 – 6:31 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Courtney Lynn Gargus, 29, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of North Park Drive, on a charge of 5th degree theft less than $300.
11/30/23 – 8:43 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old female juvenile, hometown not reported, in the 100 block of Royal Road, on charges of possession of a controlled substance – marijuana 1st and minor use of tobacco/vapor products. She was released to a parent.
12/01/23 – 1:18 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Brittany Renea White, 25, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of N. 17th Street, on a charge of violation of a protection order. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/01/23 – 1:27 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Darrien Isaiah Leeper, 25, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of N. 17th Street, on charges of violation of no contact order and driving under suspension. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
12/01/23 – 12:51 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 2300 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Shaina J. Kroeger, 34, of Hamiton struck the rear end of a vehicle driven by Patrick Andrew Smith, 40 of Burlington. Kroeger was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
12/01/23 – 9:52 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Christine Lynne Elliott, 35, of Keokuk in the 1400 block of Main Street on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/02/23 – no time listed – Keokuk police arrested a 17 year old female juvenile in the 1700 block of Fulton Street on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/02/23 – 12:56 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Jeanie Naomii Frakes, 42, of Elvaston, Ill., on a charge of possession of marijuana.
12/02/23 – 2:34 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 1200 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Jenice Christine Ott, 59, of Keokuk was backing and struck a vehicle driven by Jessica Renee Cramsley. 38, of Keokuk, who was also backing out of a stall. No injuries were reported. Ott was cited for no insurance.
12/02/23 – 5:04 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 900 block of Franklin Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Jason Lewis Smith, 45, of Kahoka, was backing from his driveway and struck a legally parked vehicle. Smith was cited for unsafe backing. No injuries were reported.

11/30/23 – 2:51 p.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested Jes Damon Rohrbaugh, 40, of Missouri, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on charges of eluding – speed 25 over the limit, driving while barred, failure to obey stop sign/yield row, driving on the wrong side of 2-way hwy. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/30/23 – 9:37 p.m. – Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested Keyton William Lyons, 23, of Des Moines, in the 3000 block of Hwy. 61, Montrose, on charges of possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to obey stop sign/yield row, and provide proof of financial liability. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

12/02/23 – 7:33 p.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Roberta Lynn Elston, 57, of Montrose in the 3500 block of Hwy. 218, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
12/02/23 - 8:03 p.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Paul Douglas Bowden, 39, of Montrose, at North Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
12/03/23 – 3:25 a.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jerome Paul Watson, 29, of Mt. Pleasant at the junction of Hwy. 16 and Hwy. 61, on charges of OWI -3rd offense and open container. He was taken to Lee County Jail. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on his recognizance.
12/03/23 – 6:05 p.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacqueline, Michele Value, 38, of West Point, on a charge of violation of a no contact order. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
12/03/23 – 6:05 p.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Levi Joseph Edward Value, 40, of Donnellson, in the 1500 block of 245th Street, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
