1/31/26 - 1:25 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Charles Z. Bittner, 22, of Fort Madison in the 3000 block of Avenue O on a charge of interference with an official act. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/31/26 - 3:46 AM - Fort Madison police cited Lori Marie Welsh, 57, of Fort Madison in the 2200 block of Avenue L on a charge of driving under suspension. 
1/31/26 - 12:28 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 2000 block of 303rd Avenue. 
1/31/26 - 11:54 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Jeannine Annette Eid, 40, of Fort Madison in the 700 block of Avenue E on a warrant for interference with an official act. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/1/26 - 6:39 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2200 block of Avenue L. 
2/1/26 - 2:37 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident at 18th Street and Avenue L. 
2/1/26 - 5:19 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Brandon Lee Creuer, 41, of Fort Madison in the 2800 block of Avenue M on a charge of disorderly conduct for loud noise in the 2800 block of Avenue M. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/1/26 - 5:20 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 2700 block of Avenue L. 
2/1/26 - 7:33 PM - Fort Madison police cited Alivia Lauren Williams, 21, of Fort Madison at 28th Street and Avenue K on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.  
2/2/26 - 1:15 AM - Fort Madison police cited Isaiah Allon Evans, 36, of Fort Madison in the 400 block of 18th Street. 

Keokuk Police Report
1/29/26 - 12:34 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 1200 block of Main Street. Shane Michael Stepp, 56, of Keokuk collided with a parked vehicle while trying to back out from his parking sport on the south side of Main Street. Both cars sustained minor damages. Stepp, was cited for improper backing. 
1/30/26 - 1:42 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 900 block of Orleans Avenue. 
1/30/26 - 7:30 AM - Keokuk police responded to an accident in the 1500 block of Main Street and the 10th block of North 16th Street. Taylor Dawn Finley, 31, of La Harpe, was traveling west in the 1500 block of Main Street. Nathan Ryan Hayes, 28, of Keokuk looked but did not see Finley's vehicle as he attempted to cross the street into the 10th block of North 16th Street. He struck Finley's vehicle, causing disabling damage to both vehicles. Hayes was cited for failing to yield upon entering through a highway. Hayes sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital. 
1/30/26 - 11:59 PM - Keokuk police cited Austin Robert Inman, 29, of Donnellson in the 10th block of South 9th Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 
1/31/26 - 12:55 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2000 block of Main Street. 
1/31/26 - 6:42 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1200 block of Johnson Street. 
1/31/26 - 7:33 PM - Keokuk police arrested Cody Lee Weber, 37, of Keokuk in the 3100 block of Main Street on a warrant for theft in the fifth degree. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/31/26 - 7:58 PM - Keokuk police cited Hilleary Frances Cooper, 46, of Burlington in the 3000 block of Main Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 
1/31/26 - 9:41 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of Franklin Street. 
2/1/26 - 11:10 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 500 block of North 18th Street. 
2/1/26 - 3:39 PM - Keokuk police arrested Lamona Nicole Huston, 23, of Keokuk in the 1300 block of Morgan Street on a charge of operating while intoxicated. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/1/26 - 2:05 PM - Keokuk police arrested Timothy Ray Wisecup, 56, of Bushnell at South 7th Street and East Street on a warrant for domestic abuse assault. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/1/26 - 11:07 PM - Keokuk police arrested Samson Kent Padilla, 38, of Keokuk in the 500 block of South 5th Street on a warrant for domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Lee County Sheriff's Report
02/02/26 - 2:41 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies  arrested Paul Raymond Perkins, Jr., 21, of  Fremont, IA., at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a charge of possession of media exploiting a minor - 2nd offense. He was held in Lee County Jail.
