Fort Madison Police Report
1/23/26 - 12:18 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3400 block of Avenue N. 
1/23/26 - 3:39 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Dabney Jones Boyd, 23, of Keokuk in the 3400 block of Avenue L on a charge of driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/24/26 - 4:27 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident at 21st Street and Avenue A. 
1/24/26 - 10:13 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident at 21st Street and Avenue A. 
1/25/26 - 3:36 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident at 2nd Street and Avenue G. 
1/25/26 - 11:07 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident  in the 1400 block of 38th Street. 
1/25/26 - 1:08 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 1200 block of Avenue H. 
1/25/26 - 5:35 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 1600 block of Avenue H.

Keokuk Police Report
1/15/26 - 8:31 PM - Zachary Louden Moore, 35, of Keokuk and Jorge Alferez, 27, of Hamilton were both stopped at the stoplight at the intersection of South 10th St and Main Street.  Crystal Anne Laktas, 46, of Keokuk approached the intersection traveling east bound on Main Street. Laktas failed to maintain control of the vehicle and struck Moore and Alferez causing functional damage to both vehicles. Laktas' vehicle had minor damage, and Moore's and Alfarez's vehicles both sustained functional damage. Laktas was cited with failrue to provide proof of financial liability, no valid driver's license, and failrue to maintain control. 
1/22/26 - 2:44 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 300 block of North Park Drive. Armando Barrera Villarreal, 55, of Montrose struck a legally parked vehicle on private property. He was cited for failure to provide proof of financial liability in an accident. 
1/23/26 - 1:57 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 1700 block of Bank Street. 
1/23/26 - 3:15 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at Twin Rivers Road and Valley Road. 
1/23/26 - 5:31 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 300 block of Main Street. 
1/23/26 - 8:04 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2500 block of Cramer Lane. 
1/24/26 - 1:47 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at Cleveland Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.  
1/24/26 - 8:41 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at North 1st Street and Blondeau Street. 
1/25/26 - 8:46 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 3300 block of Main Street. 
1/25/26 - 9:53 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 300 block of North Park Drive. 
1/25/26 - 10:28 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1800 block of Timea Street. 
1/25/26 - 12:15 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1800 block of Timea Street. 

Lee County Sheriff's Report
01/26/26 - 10:35 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested  Douglas Scott Brenneman, 62, of Fort Maidson at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a charge of failure to appear. He was held i nLee County Jail.
