Fort Madison Police Report
1/2/26 - 12:05 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of Avenue G. 
1/2/26 - 9:47 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Tomothy Allen Walker, 60, of Fort Madison in the 400 block of 24th Street on a warrant for driving while suspended. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/2/26 - 10:20 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Samantha Suzanne Kellum, 37, of Burlington at 22nd Street and Avenue J on charges of driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and operation without ignition interlock. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/3/26 - 8:10 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Anthony Bernard, 36, of Donnellson in the 1000 block of Storms Court on warrants for disorderly conduct and serious assault and a charge for driving while barred. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/3/26 - 10:13 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1200 block of 26th Street. 
1/3/26 - 2:35 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of  a no injury accident in the 3400 block of Avenue L. 
1/3/26 - 4:32 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1200 block of Avenue G. 
1/3/26 - 9:11 PM- Fort Madison police arrested Lilliana Marie Stoermer, 18, of Fort Madison at 12th Street and Avenue E on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/4/26 - 1:36 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the Fort Madison Area. 
1/5/26 - 3:24 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Cody Scot Glasgow, 34, of Montrose at 30th Street and Avenue L on warrants for driving while barred, eluding, providing proof of insurance, failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way, and fraudulent use of registration. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/5/26 - 6:00 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Robert Daniel Wagner, 59, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue E on a warrant for driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Keokuk Police Report
1/2/26 - 8:14 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 100 block of South 2nd Street. 
1/2/26 - 12:44 PM - Keokuk police cited Thurman Purdiman III, 34, of Keokuk in the 300 block of Main Street on a charge of trespassing. 
1/2/26 - 12:51 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 300 block of North Park Drive. 
1/2/26 - 1:21 PM - Keokuk police cited Leslie Eugene Gesling Young, 37, of Keokuk in the 300 block of North Park Drive on a charge of theft in the fifth degree. 
1/2/26 - 8:17 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 200 block of Washington Street. 
1/3/26 - 12:03 AM - Keokuk police arrested Michael Brian Ransford, 52, of Keokuk in the 10th block of South 5th Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/3/26 - 8:34 PM - Keokuk police arrested Daytwan Jerome Ballard, 22, of Fort Madison in the 2700 block fo Main Street on a charge of disorderly conduct for threats. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/3/26 - 9:07 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at South 5th Street and Bank Street. Izabella Jo Tibbetts, 18, of Warsaw was on Bank Street and entered the intersection without clearing and struck the vehicle of Heather Renee Fifer. 41, of Keokuk, who has the right of way. Tibbetts was cited for failure to obey top sign and yield right of way. 
1/3/26 - 11:46 PM - Keokuk police arrested Darrin Michael Fitzgerald, 24, of Hamilton in the 1200 block of Main Street on a warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/4/26 - 9:32 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of Main Street. 
 
Lee County Sheriff's Report
1/05/26 - 7:51 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Casey Joe Davis, 43, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
