07/17/26 - 7:57 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Raul Garcia, 76, of Fort Madison at 32nd Street and Avenue L on a charge of driving while barred. He was held in Lee County Jail.
07/17/26 - 8:37 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 600 block of Avenue H.

Keokuk Police Report
07/11/26 - 11:33 AM - Keokuk police respnded to a report of an accident in the 2000 block of Timea Street. Stephen Carl Mack, 40, of Cedar Rapids accidentally struck the vehicle of Mary Ann Philp, 74, of Donnellson while grabbing a bag of fallen groceries in his vehicle after braking. Philp complained of possible injuries and both vehicles. Mack was cited for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.

07/19/26 - 7:47 PM - Keokuk police arrested Clarence Irvin Mann, 56, of Keokuk in the 400 block of Main Street on a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail.
07/19/26 - 9:15 PM - Keokuk police arrested Lucky Shania Ackley-King, 29, of Keokuk in the 900 block of Johnson Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. She was held in Lee County Jail.

She was held in Lee County Jail.

07/19/26 - 6:33 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Steven Francis Meyer, Jr., 60, of Iowa City, in the 2500 block of Holiday Road in Coralville, on a court-ordered hold. He was held in custody.
